Ordering, products, shipping and OEM — the questions wholesale buyers ask us most.

## FAQ
### What is your minimum order quantity?
MOQ depends on the model and how much it is customized. Catalogue models can be quoted from small trial orders; OEM builds with new branding or layouts need larger runs. Send the models and quantities you have in mind and we will confirm.

### Can I order a sample first?
Yes. Samples of catalogue models and pre-production samples of OEM builds are available. Sample cost and shipping are quoted per order.

### How do I get a price?
Send the model codes, quantities, voltage and destination through the inquiry form, the quote list or WhatsApp. Prices are quoted per order because they depend on quantity, customization and shipping terms.

### Which payment terms do you accept?
Payment terms are agreed per order and shown on the proforma invoice. Ask our sales team about the options for your order size.

### Which certifications do your saunas have?
Many catalogue models list CE and ETL certification, and some also list RoHS, TÜV and ISO 9001. Certification applies to a specific build, so request certificate copies for the exact model and voltage you order.

### Do you supply 110V and 220V saunas?
Yes. Most cabins are offered in 110–120V or 220–240V configurations. Each product page lists voltage options and rated power.

### What is the difference between infrared and traditional saunas?
Infrared saunas warm people mainly by radiant heat from carbon, ceramic or red glass heaters and run at about 18–65 °C on our models. Traditional saunas heat air and stones with a stove, typically 60–100 °C, and allow steam. See our comparison guide.

### Which wood do you use?
Most cabins are offered in Canadian hemlock or western red cedar; some outdoor and traditional models use pine or spruce. Product pages list the wood for each model.

### How are saunas packed and shipped?
Cabins ship as single items in export cartons, with panels pre-assembled. We ship by sea in full or shared containers; package size and weight are on each product page where available, and the container calculator estimates units per container.

### Do you help with installation?
Every cabin ships with an installation manual and we provide online technical support. Panel-built cabins assemble with basic tools.

### What warranty do you offer?
Most models list a one-year warranty, and some accessories list two years. Warranty terms are confirmed for each order. Spare parts such as heaters and control panels can be supplied.

### What can be customized?
Wood species, cabin size and layout, heater type and positions, voltage, control panel, glass and windows, lighting and audio, logo placement, manuals and printed cartons.

### Do you provide design files?
Yes. Our project support includes graphic design and 3D models, so you can review the cabin, branding and packaging before a sample is built.

### How does the OEM process start?
Send a brief with your market, target price, quantities and any reference model. We reply with options, drawings and a quote, then build a pre-production sample for approval.

### Who owns the design?
Designs and artwork you supply remain yours. We can sign a non-disclosure agreement before you share drawings or brand assets.
