This line groups the models most often ordered for private label in North America: 120V plug-in cabins with low-EMF carbon heaters, named series from 1 to 5 people, and versions with red light panels. Specifications list an 18–65 °C (64–149 °F) operating range and CE and ETL certification on many models.
Use these as a starting point for your own range. Wood, heater layout, control panel, door and window glass, logo and packaging can all be changed. Visit OEM & ODM to configure a build or send drawings for a new design.
| Area | Options |

Beyond catalogue models, we build custom infrared saunas to your drawings, including cabins sized to fit a specific alcove, basement or amenity room. Share the room dimensions, door position and power supply, and we reply with options, drawings and a quote. Our project support includes graphic design and 3D models, so you can review the cabin, branding and packaging before a pre-production sample is built. Designs and artwork you supply remain yours, and we can sign a non-disclosure agreement before you share them.
Smaller 120V cabins are designed for household outlets, but larger cabins draw more current. Use the power calculator with the listed wattage and read 110–120V vs 220–240V planning. The full set of plug-in models across all lines is in 120V plug-in saunas.
Distributors building a North American infrared range, online retailers launching their own brand, and contractors fitting amenity rooms in apartments, hotels and gyms. Catalogue models give a fast route to market; custom builds suit buyers who need a size, layout or look that is not in the catalogue. See how cabins are built and checked on the factory page, or read how to choose a sauna manufacturer.
How to vet sauna manufacturers: check safety listings, heater sourcing, wood grade, EMF data, QC, OEM options and samples before you place a first order.
How to import saunas from China: vetting a manufacturer, certifications (ETL, UL, CE, FCC), Incoterms 2020, container loading, duties and timelines.
Sauna electrical requirements explained: 120V vs 240V, infrared and heater power needs, dedicated circuits, amps from watts, the 125% rule and 208V.
Many models in this line list CE and ETL certification. Certification applies to a specific build, so confirm the certified configuration and request certificate copies with your quote, especially if you change heaters, voltage or the control panel, because changes can fall outside the certified build.
Yes. Private label covers logo placement, control panel branding, manuals and printed cartons. Share your artwork and we prepare graphic proofs and 3D renders before production, followed by a pre-production sample for your approval. Designs and artwork you supply remain yours.
Smaller 120V cabins are designed for household outlets, but larger cabins draw more current. Use the power calculator with the listed wattage, and have an electrician confirm the circuit. A dedicated circuit is the safest choice for any sauna, and the 120V plug-in collection lists rated power for every model.
Yes. Send drawings or room dimensions with the capacity, wood, heater type, voltage and finish you want. We reply with options, drawings and a quote, then build a pre-production sample for approval. Designs you supply remain yours, and we can sign an NDA first.
